I. General rules
1.1. These general conditions govern the use of the internet platform https://www.evridika.bg, the software applications to it and the electronic services offered through them (hereinafter referred to as "Services").
1.2. The https://www.evridika.bg platform is maintained and managed by AP Management Group OOD, with headquarters and management address in the city of SOFIA, 1680, Ul. Kazbek 57A, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency with EIK 131550922.
1.3. When using the internet platform https://www.evridika.bg and the services offered through it, a contractual relationship arises between the Service User and AP Management Group OOD, therefore the User must be an adult according to Bulgarian legislation /over 18/ and familiarize yourself carefully with these General Terms and Conditions.
1.4. The subject of these General Terms and Conditions are the services offered through the https://www.evridika.bg platform - the User's making a reservation of accommodation in the places of accommodation specified in the platform according to the conditions described in detail in each specific offer, as well as making reservation of additional services such as, but not limited to – transfer, meals, spa services, equipment rental.
1.5. In order to use the services offered through the https://www.evridika.bg platform, the User, by clicking with the mouse on the place designated for this, before finalizing any inquiry or reservation, should declare that he is familiar with and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. The finalization of the reservation confirms that the User /together with all accompanying persons included in the reservation for the use of the same services/ is familiar with and has accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
1.6. These General Terms and Conditions are applicable regardless of the device, operating system, browser or protocol used by the User.
1.7. Through the https://www.evridika.bg platform, electronic services offered and maintained by third parties can be provided, pursuant to a contract concluded between them and AP Management Group Ltd.
1.8. Any claims regarding reservations, payment, services, accommodation should be made no later than 30 days from the date of departure
4.4. With the payment method "Credit card" The prepayment amount will be announced during the reservation procedure. You enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields on the reservation form. This information is transmitted to the accommodation via secure communications on a secure server to ensure your booking. The property decides to hold or block this amount of money from your credit card, which is equivalent to the amount of the order. If the Accommodation is unable to complete the necessary transactions on Your Card to guarantee Your booking, Your booking may be canceled by the Accommodation. Please ensure that your credit card has not expired and that there are sufficient funds in your account to pay for the stay.
For reservations with an advance payment requirement - 100% of the amount due and/or transferred deposit will be deducted as a penalty. For certain bookings, the accommodation may offer to use the amount paid for another period of accommodation within a certain time. Once a voucher has been issued for the use of a paid amount, no refund requests can be made.
During the booking procedure, please read the booking conditions, special offer rules as well as cancellation conditions which are specified on the web page, in the booking form and/or booking confirmation.
7.3. In case of cancellation by AP Management Group Ltd., the amount paid by the user is refunded after a written request by e-mail to the address: evridikadevin@gmail.com, submitted no later than 30 days after the date of accommodation. The application must contain: name and surname of the User, reservation number, date and type of payment. Reimbursement of the amount is carried out in the manner and on the account from which the payment was made within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the written request
7.4. Changes to paid bookings
7.4.1. Requests to change the parameters of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail to the address evridikadevin@gmail.com. not later than 30 days from the date of accommodation.
7.4.2. The https://www.evridika.bg team will do everything possible to satisfy the User's requests to change a paid reservation, but does not guarantee that it will be done. Changes to paid reservations are made only if possible and are only valid after receiving written confirmation by the place of accommodation at the email address specified by the User.
7.4.3. When changing to a paid reservation, changes in the price of the reservation may occur, according to the new conditions. In this case, the change in the reservation is valid after making an additional payment by the User.
7.4.4. In the event of a change in the parameters of paid reservations made immediately before the start date of provision of the reserved service, when the cancellation period has expired, the changes may be equated to cancellation and the User may be charged the corresponding penalties.
7.4.5. In all cases of cancellation/change, regardless of whose party, after the expiration of a 30-day period without objections, the parties are considered to be satisfied and changes, compensations cannot be made and are not owed.
